More about your role

We are looking to recruit a Costa Coffee Barista Maestro to join our brand‑new flagship leisure centre. As a Barista Maestro you will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, supporting them in all areas of the operation including delivering excellent customer service standards and training baristas in the art of crafting great coffee. You will lead from the front, inspiring your team so every customer experience is exceptional.

You must be flexible with your availability – our site operates 7 days a week, so weekend and evening shifts may be required.
