Role Overview: You will be required to work within a Supported Housing Team to deliver effective and quality services to our customers who may have complex support needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full range of reception, secretarial and administrative duties including administrative, secretarial, financial, and housing management services (e.g., sign‑ups).
  • Support performance reporting/monitoring and other required business processes to ensure services operate within a sound and auditable environment.
  • Maintain records and databases, handle enquiries and correspondence, organise meetings and documentation, support tenancy and health & safety processes, process invoices and purchase orders, and assist with projects to deliver excellent customer service and support organisational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative, IT, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and partner agencies.
  • Well‑organised, able to manage competing priorities, understand financial processes, and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
