More about your role: We are looking for an Estate Officer to join our welcoming team in Bristol. In this role, you will help provide and maintain safe environments for individuals in our supported accommodation, conduct and record regular health and safety checks, assist with general maintenance including decorating and minor repairs, and ensure communal areas remain clean, safe and clear. Enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this position.

About You:

We are looking for someone spirited, positive, supportive, and resilient. Preference for experience working with vulnerable client groups, but not essential. You must work independently and as a great team player, and have good IT and communication skills.

Essential Criteria:
  • Ability to carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks, diagnose faults, and use tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety procedures, including fire alarm tests.
  • Enhanced DBS check (mandatory).
