Residential Management Group (RMG), a market-leading Property Management Company, is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support the delivery of an excellent property management service across a residential portfolio. In this varied role, you'll provide key administrative and coordination support to our wider regional teams, helping to ensure our customers receive a consistently high standard of service. While you'll be aligned to your nearest local office, this is a highly mobile role requiring frequent and extensive travel across the Midlands and Southern England, alongside a blend of site-based and homeworking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client care and liaison, ensuring calls and emails are handled professionally and efficiently, and queries are resolved wherever possible.
  • Supporting coordination between accounts and property services teams to help deliver service commitments.
  • Helping with core operational tasks such as site take-ons (preparing transition checklists), key issuance, urgent purchase orders, regional reporting, and other ad-hoc projects as agreed.
  • Exposure to property management or familiarity with TPI standards.
