Join a community that cares about you! More about your role As our Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering the Places for People brand consistently and effectively across the Group. You'll act as a trusted brand specialist, providing expert guidance on brand identity, tone of voice, messaging and creative execution to ensure all communications align with our brand strategy and positioning. You'll work closely with colleagues across Communications and wider business teams to embed our Masterbrand architecture, support integrated campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. You'll collaborate with Content, Studio, Insights and agency partners to develop brand campaigns, maintain brand guidelines and toolkits, review creative concepts and monitor brand performance. You'll also contribute to the ongoing development of our brand strategy, using insight and audience understanding to help strengthen and grow the Places for People brand. Essential criteria Proven experience supporting integrated brand campaigns across multiple channels. Experience managing multiple projects and delivering to deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Experience working with brand identity, brand guidelines or brand assets within an in-house or agency environment. Strong understanding of brand principles, visual identity and tone of voice. Relevant marketing, brand, communications or related experience demonstrated through previous roles. More about you You'll have experience supporting integrated brand campaigns and be confident working across multiple channels to deliver consistent brand outcomes. You'll be comfortable managing a varied workload, balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring a strong understanding of brand principles, visual identity and tone of voice, along with experience of applying brand guidelines and managing brand assets. A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach is essential, enabling you to work effectively with stakeholders across the business. Experience working within a large, complex or multi-brand organisation and relevant marketing, brand or communications qualifications would be advantageous.
