You will be responsible for landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming hedges, and maintaining soft landscaping areas. This includes planting trees, flowers, and shrubs, clearing snow from pedestrian areas, and ensuring walkways and car parks are properly maintained. You'll conduct weekly checks on groundskeeping equipment, perform litter picks, and address issues like dog fouling and sharps. You'll apply herbicides, fungicides, or insecticides when needed and occasionally carry out hard landscaping tasks.
As part of our employment checks, this role will require you to complete a satisfactory Basic DBS check. You must hold a valid manual driving licence, ideally with the ability to tow. You should be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and complete tasks to quality standards.
