As one of our Transaction Co-Ordinators, you will have a key role in delivering programmes of individual asset transactions on behalf of the Group. You will closely work with the Void Transactions Team on projects where required.
You will be responsible for providing high quality asset performance and data collation and analysis through reporting and sharing performance with key stakeholders including producing accurate reports on a regular and ad hoc basis when required by the business and external parties.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and understanding of sale contracts, transfers and leases and their legal and financial implications for property transactions.
For this role, you will have demonstrable knowledge and experience of the residential sales process, and the working practices connected. You will be a strong and decisive decision maker with the ability to manage multiple tasks and a varied workload methodically, under pressure and under your own initiative with a proven track record for delivering targets.
It is essential you have excellent computer literacy and working knowledge of a range of computer programs and Microsoft systems including internal systems such as Business World and SharePoint.
