More about the role

As CAFM & Data Reporting Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the performance, optimisation, and insight generation across a large-scale commercial property portfolio. Sitting within a high-performing FM & Estates function, this role is central to ensuring our CAFM platform (MRI Evolution) operates as a trusted single source of truth, driving operational efficiency, compliance, and informed decision-making. You'll work closely with our senior, national and regional stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that help influence our strategy, improve service delivery, and enhance asset performance across the estate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong technical CAFM expertise with a passion for data and continuous improvement. You will lead on system governance, data integrity, reporting frameworks, and dashboard development, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and aligned to our business priorities. We're looking for a proactive individual who understands the evolving FM data landscape, can identify opportunities to add value through analytics, and is confident engaging with senior leaders to shape reporting and performance outcomes. If you thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment and want to make tangible impacts at scale, this role offers you real scope to influence and lead.

More about you

You'll be confident leading a helpdesk and scheduling function, supporting business planning, financial processing, supporting audits and maintaining clear procedures and training. You can translate stakeholder needs into practical standards and reporting, producing dashboards and insight on performance, compliance, asset data and utilisation, and supporting new module implementations from initial requirements through to go-live.

  • Excellent holiday package: 35 days annual leave with the option to buy or sell leave
  • WPA Health Cash Plan
  • Group bonus (up to 2%)
  • Training and development
