More About The Role

We are looking to recruit a Resident Services Assistant on a permanent basis. This role is based on site at The Forum, 79 Pershore Street, Birmingham, B5 4RW with working hours of Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm, with a break for lunch. The Resident Services Assistant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, providing an exceptional meet-and-greet service as well as supporting back-of-house functions such as parcel delivery and contractor liaising. The post-holder must maintain good contacts within the Group and internal departments and share information to assist in the provision of an effective and high-quality service. A basic DBS check is mandatory.

More About You

A ‘can-do’ attitude and good attention to detail are required. The role will require high levels of customer service with efficient and effective planning and the ability to stay calm, direct and professional. The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role (Receptionist, front-of-house or customer service experience)
  • Worked with IT packages such as MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
