More about your role
Please note: You will be required to come into our Eastleigh office two days per week so applicants must be based within a commutable distance as well as site visits in our South West patch throughout the month.
As Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in coordinating both internal teams and external partners to deliver effective, high-quality marketing activity across the region. You'll ensure every development has a strong, accurate and engaging presence, both digitally and on-site. You'll take ownership of our digital shop window, keeping our website and property portals fully up to date with compelling imagery and clear, engaging copy. Alongside this, you'll support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, working closely with Sales and Group Marketing to create a consistent and effective approach across all developments. A key part of your role will be coordinating the setup and launch of development sales areas, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard. You'll also manage marketing collateral for each development launch, ensuring brand consistency and quality, while supporting events and activity on-site when needed. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll also track competitor activity, manage marketing budgets and payments, and use data and insight to help shape future campaigns.

- Proven ability to plan, coordinate and deliver marketing activity across multiple channels, using customer insight and data to inform decisions
- Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects to deadline and a high standard
- Proven experience within new homes/developments in a Marketing role
