Responsibilities
- Support both internal and external teams to ensure consistent customer service.
- External duties include trimming hedges, mowing lawns, removing trees, planting, clearing snow, maintaining walkways, car parks, and playgrounds, litter picking, and managing fly tipping across client sites in Teesside and Durham, in coordination with Contract Managers.
- Internal tasks may involve vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, polishing, cleaning glass surfaces, litter picking, and reporting fly tipping or health and safety concerns, along with completing compliance checks.
All duties must follow Health & Safety guidelines and the Group's policy, with training provided as needed.
Essential requirement: You must possess a valid driving license. A basic DBS check is mandatory for this position.
More About You
The successful candidate will need to be flexible and adaptable to a variety of shifts and be required to work on their own initiative. Ideally, you will have experience in the provision of similar services, and have a good working knowledge of estate management issues.
