Places for People is seeking a Maintenance Controller to proactively manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring all client, company and statutory requirements are met.
The role is based on-site at Touchstone Bath with hours Monday to Thursday 9am–5.30pm and Friday 9am–5pm.
After an initial training period (1 month) the role offers hybrid working (3 days at home).
You will liaise with tenants, contractors and clients to resolve queries and manage supplier invoices promptly.
