We are looking to hire a Compliance Coordinator on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Compliance Manager this is a great opportunity to join a growing area of the business. As a Compliance Coordinator, you’ll ensure all required compliance documentation is maintained on Touchstone’s property management platforms, providing a highly responsive and efficient service, in accordance with client requirements and company policies. On a daily basis, you will work with the Compliance Manager and client to develop and maintain a high level of performance. You will utilise tools and management platforms provided by the company to maximise operational efficiency. The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm. This role is 5 days a week on site.

More About You
Compliance experience is preferred for this role however it is not essential as training will be provided. The ideal applicant will have a background in customer service, be comfortable using various IT packages and have a track record of working with various stakeholders.
