As a House Manager / House Warden, you will play a vital role in keeping our residential community safe, well-managed and welcoming. You will be a visible presence on site, supporting residents, monitoring safety and security, and ensuring communal areas are well maintained.
- You will carry out regular inspections of the building and estate, report repairs and health and safety risks, and work closely with Property Managers, managing agents and contractors.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to deal professionally with residents and contractors.
- Ability to carry out regular inspections and keep accurate records and logs.
- As our House Manager / House Warden, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security and smooth day-to-day running of the property.
- You are organised and proactive, happy to report concerns, supervise contractors and follow clear procedures.
- You understand the importance of community living and enjoy supporting residents to feel safe and at home.
