In this role you will provide on the ground presence, be available for any customer queries or concerns and to proactively supply information to assist and help our customers to live flourishing independent lives in their own homes. You shall provide a comprehensive administrative service for the Housing Management and Tenancy Enforcement Team. You will give advice and information to internal and external customers in person, over the phone and by email, delivering a high quality of customer service throughout. Your role will cover several administrative duties from updating and managing IT systems and tenancy records to logging and investigating complaints from customers. You will have contact with customers on a daily basis and build strong lasting relationships with internal departments enabling us to provide high-quality customer service and administrative support.

Ideally you will have local area knowledge and be able to forge relationships with 3rd parties such as Age Concern, The Salvation Army, Mobility / Exercise supply groups to really drive customer engagement and to assist with mental wellbeing, mobility, loneliness and inclusion through community based on site activities. Although this role is based in Wellingborough, you may be required to assist in cover across Northamptonshire and within the surrounding areas.

To be successful in this role you will have a good administration background and possess excellent customer service skills. With a ‘Can do’ approach to tasks you will have the ability to work under pressure and unsupervised as well as being able to contribute to a good team working environment. You will have the ability to be empathetic with our customers and their situations when necessary and will take a pro-active approach to problem solving.
