About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated administrative professional to work from Heanor and collaborate with the Housing team.
The role primarily supports the Tenancy Enforcement and Communities teams, but may also assist other parts of the business as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Housing Management and Tenancy Enforcement teams.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service by advising internal and external customers via phone and email.
- Update and manage IT systems and tenancy records.
- Log and investigate customer complaints and related matters.
- Coordinate with internal departments to maintain efficient service delivery and accurate records.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding and data protection policies.
Qualifications
