More about your role

As a Night Services Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in supporting customers who may have complex needs, ensuring they feel safe, listened to and supported throughout the evening. You’ll work as part of our Supported Housing team to provide a consistent, high-quality housing management and support service. Your evenings will involve regular walkabouts to make sure the building is safe and secure, monitoring CCTV and responding calmly and professionally to any incidents that may arise, including safeguarding concerns, tenancy issues, antisocial behaviour or mental health crises. You’ll complete routine cleaning in line with the rota, carry out scheduled health and safety checks and ensure any repairs or maintenance issues are reported promptly. Clear, accurate communication is essential in this role. You’ll keep daily administration up to date, including handover notes, support plans and digital communication systems, ensuring colleagues have full visibility of what has taken place overnight. You’ll also be a friendly and reliable point of contact for customers and stakeholders, helping to maintain an environment that feels safe, supportive and well managed.

More about you

This role is on a 2 week rota of 12 hour waking nights from 8pm – 8:30 am. It is essential you meet the following criteria:

  • Experience with safeguarding.
  • Have worked with vulnerable customers.
  • Comfortable with lone working.
  • Access to your own car/ valid driving license due to travel between schemes.
