More about your role As a Night Services Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting customers within our supported housing services during evening and overnight hours. You'll help create a safe, secure and welcoming environment for customers who may have complex support needs, ensuring they receive high-quality guidance and support when they need it most. You'll carry out regular building checks, monitor CCTV systems, complete cleaning duties, respond to incidents and customer enquiries, and take appropriate action when concerns arise. This includes managing safeguarding issues, tenancy breaches, antisocial behaviour, mental health crises and health and safety matters. You'll also maintain accurate records, update support plans and report repairs or maintenance issues to help ensure our services operate effectively. Essential Criteria Experience supporting vulnerable customers within housing, support, health, social care or community-based settings. Experience responding appropriately to safeguarding concerns, customer incidents or challenging situations. Ability to work independently, prioritise workload and manage competing demands effectively. Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and compliance requirements, including COSHH. Experience maintaining accurate records, reports or case notes using IT systems. Holds a driving licence and access to a vehicle as this role is split across two sites More about you You're a caring and resilient individual who is passionate about supporting people to live safely and independently. You'll be confident working both independently and as part of a wider team, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. You'll have experience working with vulnerable customer groups and be comfortable responding to a variety of support needs. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, alongside good organisational skills and attention to detail when completing records, handovers and customer documentation.
