More about your role
As a Site Manager you will be expected to oversee, direct and manage production on site to the agreed programme, budget and quality standards. Comply with all Group procedures and external regulations, in particular those relating to the SHE. Upholding the Group's reputation with customers, suppliers and the community at large demonstrating our People First approach at every possible opportunity. You will report into a Senior Site Manager and be responsible for an Assistant Site Manager.

You will be able to lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and performance manage staff to ensure staff are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the company's needs. You will have previous Site Manager experience for a national housebuilder to be considered for this role along with the following:
- A driving licence is essential
- CSCS Card
- Supervisory experience in a house building site environment
- Experience in Timber frame
- SMSTS trained
- Scaffold training
