About the Role

Our client is seeking dynamic and energetic Virtual Fitness Instructors to lead live online classes for their global community. This role requires individuals who can motivate and guide participants through engaging workout sessions via video conferencing platforms. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness instruction, ensuring participant safety, and fostering a positive and inclusive virtual fitness environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and motivating live virtual fitness classes across various formats (e.g., yoga, HIIT, strength training).




• Provide clear instructions, modifications, and feedback to participants during classes.




• Ensure a safe and positive workout experience for all attendees.




• Manage class rosters, technical aspects of the virtual platform, and participant interaction.




• Develop class plans that align with the company's fitness offerings and member needs.




• Promote a sense of community and encourage ongoing participation.

Requirements

• Nationally recognized fitness instructor certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, Yoga Alliance).




• Proven experience teaching group fitness classes, preferably in a virtual setting.




• Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills .




• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable space for recording/teaching.




• Ability to adapt teaching style to different fitness levels and user needs.
