Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements for telecommunications projects.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the telecoms industry .
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies (e.g., BABOK) and requirements gathering techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
