About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and organized Telecommunications Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects in Randburg . This role is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various telecom initiatives, from network upgrades to new service deployments. You will manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of telecom projects , from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, sales) and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project budgets effectively, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues regularly to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing telecommunications projects .
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Strong understanding of telecom network infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
