About the Role
Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a specialization in technology recruitment to join their team in Randburg . You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process for IT and technology roles, from sourcing top-tier tech talent to building strong client relationships within the tech sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the technology landscape, effective sourcing strategies, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates to clients. Operating on a hybrid model, you will balance office-based strategy and collaboration with the flexibility of remote work, contributing significantly to the firm's success in the tech recruitment space.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles, including software development, cybersecurity, data science, and IT infrastructure.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract scarce and in-demand technology talent.
- Conduct thorough technical screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology companies and hiring managers.
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and facilitate the offer and onboarding process.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a significant focus on technology recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in various IT disciplines.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry, job roles, and required skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, demonstrating self-discipline and collaboration.
- Familiarity with technical screening methodologies and relevant assessment tools.
