About the Role

You will be responsible for managing key client relationships, developing strategic sourcing initiatives, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior finance roles, including C-suite positions, accounting, and financial analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationshipswith clients in the financial services industry.
- Proactively source and engage with high-caliber finance professionals through various channels.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience to ensure successful placements.
- Provide expert market insights and advice to clients on financial talent trends.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in recruitment, specifically within financial services or finance recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in placing candidates in roles such as CFO, Finance Director, Controller, Financial Analyst, and Accountant.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and regulatory environments.
- Exceptional networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, CRM, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload in a remote setting.
