About the Role
Our client seeks an experienced Senior Process Development Engineer to lead critical projects at their innovation hub in Randburg. This role involves the research, development, and optimization of new and existing chemical processes, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of novel chemical processes from laboratory scale through to pilot and commercial implementation.
- Conduct rigorous process analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
- Develop detailed process flow diagrams, mass and energy balances, and P&IDs.
- Oversee pilot plant operations and data analysis to validate process designs.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless technology
