Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of IT roles, including software engineers, data analysts, cloud specialists, cybersecurity experts, and IT project managers.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using advanced search techniques, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to attract high-caliber IT professionals.
- Conduct thorough technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide market insights and trends related to IT talent availability, compensation, and skill demands.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiation and closing, ensuring a positive experience for candidates.
- Contribute to talent pipeline development and employer branding initiatives within the IT sector.
- Collaborate effectively with a distributed team of recruiters and support staff.
- Utilize and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient candidate management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.
- In-depth knowledge of various IT technologies, programming languages, frameworks, and infrastructure concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and build robust talent pipelines.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the global IT talent market and recruitment best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-discipline and proactivity.
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and other recruitment technology tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Human Resources, or a related field is advantageous.
