About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, interactive modules, virtual labs, and blended learning solutions using industry-standard authoring tools.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and multimedia developers to ensure content accuracy, instructional integrity, and adherence to project timelines.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning pathways and performance support tools.
- Develop comprehensive learning objectives, assessments, and evaluation strategies to measure learning effectiveness and impact.
- Create compelling instructional content, including scripts, storyboards, graphics, audio, and video elements.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects concurrently, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery within a remote setting.
- Stay current with emerging trends in instructional design, e-learning technologies, and digital pedagogy.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior instructional designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards.
- Conduct needs analyses and learning audits to identify opportunities for new course development and enhancements.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and developing e-learning and blended learning solutions.
- Proven expertise in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design principles, and assessment methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from needs analysis through evaluation in a remote environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Experience in creating multimedia content (audio, video, graphics) is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate seamlessly within a virtual team.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse instructional design projects is required.
