This role is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale festivals and corporate functions. You will manage all logistical aspects, vendor relationships, and budget adherence to ensure flawless event experiences that captivate audiences. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of assigned events, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Develop event concepts, themes, and programming in line with client objectives and brand identity.
- Manage event budgets effectively, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venue partners.
- Oversee event logistics, including staffing, scheduling, AV, catering, and transportation.
- Ensure all events comply with safety regulations and licensing requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in event planning , preferably within the Arts & Entertainment sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, from conception to post-event analysis.
- Strong knowledge of event design, logistics, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and standard office applications.
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
