About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Research, design, and implement advanced cryptographic algorithms and protocols.
- Analyze the security of existing cryptographic implementations and propose improvements.

- Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to integrate cryptographic solutions.
- Conduct formal security proofs and analyze the security properties of cryptographic schemes.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cryptography, cryptanalysis, and blockchain security.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical expertise.
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed conferences and journals where appropriate.

Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a specialization in Cryptography.
- Proven experience in applied cryptography, including symmetric and asymmetric encryption, hashing, digital signatures, and zero-knowledge proofs.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Python, or Rust.
- Experience with cryptographic libraries (e.g., OpenSSL, libsodium).
- Understanding of blockchain technology and its reliance on cryptographic principles.
- Familiarity with formal verification methods and security analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
