Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users and technical teams.
- Analyze and map current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in FinTech and Business Analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the FinTech or financial services sector.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and diagramming software (e.g., Visio).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
