Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple aviation projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Oversee project execution, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, clients, and senior management.
- Ensure adherence to aviation industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements throughout project lifecycles.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is an asset.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management , with at least 5 years specifically within the aviation industry .
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale aviation projects (e.g., infrastructure, fleet expansion, technology implementation).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of aviation operations, regulations, and market dynamics.
