About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations for architectural projects.

Requirements

- Expert proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, or similar.
- Proficiency in architectural design software like Revit, AutoCAD, or SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, forms, and styles.
- Excellent knowledge of lighting, composition, and color theory.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Based in or able to commute to **Randburg, Gauteng** for hybrid work requirements.
