Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales floor team to achieve individual and store sales targets through effective coaching and performance management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer interactions are positive and lead to satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store standards.
- Assist with staff training, development, and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and high team performance.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide insights to management to drive sales strategies for the Randburg location.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail sales role with demonstrated success in meeting targets.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity within retail is highly preferred.
