About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated Remote Virtual Skin Consultant to join their innovative online beauty platform, serving clients globally but based out of Randburg . In this role, you will provide expert skincare advice and personalized consultations via video calls, chat, and email, helping clients achieve their skin health goals. You will leverage your deep knowledge of dermatology and skincare products to recommend tailored regimens and solutions. This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated individual who excels in a remote setting, possesses excellent communication skills, and is passionate about helping others improve their skin health from the comfort of their own homes, contributing to a cutting-edge digital beauty experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their skin concerns, type, and goals.
- Develop personalized skincare routines and product recommendations using a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Educate clients on ingredients, product usage, and best practices for achieving optimal skin health.
- Respond to client inquiries via multiple digital channels, providing prompt and professional support.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in skincare science, ingredients, and treatment technologies.
- Maintain detailed client records and track progress towards their skin health objectives.
Requirements
- Certified Esthetician or related field with strong knowledge of dermatology and skincare.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client-facing skincare consultations, preferably with virtual experience.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
- Proficiency in using video conferencing tools and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets in a remote setup.
