About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive maintenance, production forecasting, and ore grade estimation.

- Build data visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong focus on machine learning and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and SQL.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote setting.
