About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
- Participate in network upgrade and maintenance projects.
- Learn to manage firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Stay current with networking technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- A strong foundation in computer hardware and software concepts.
- A keen interest in networking and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for remote interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Completion of matric or equivalent qualification; tertiary education in IT or a related field is a plus.
