Our client is actively seeking an experienced Remote IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join their expanding virtual operations team.
This role is critical for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our client's distributed IT infrastructure.
You will provide advanced remote support, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement solutions across servers, networks, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level remote troubleshooting and resolution for server, network, and cloud infrastructure issues.

- Manage and maintain virtualized environments, including VMWare or Hyper-V, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
