About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and creative Remote Event Planning Specialist to manage and execute virtual and hybrid events.
In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and delivering engaging online experiences that meet client objectives.
You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage virtual platforms, develop event content, and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of virtual and hybrid events, including logistics, technology, and participant experience.
- Source and manage relationships with virtual event platform providers and other vendors.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and detailed run-of-show documents.
- Create engaging content and facilitate interactive sessions for online attendees.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during live virtual events.
- Analyze event performance metrics and provide post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
