Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for finance and accounting positions, including roles such as Accountants, Auditors, Financial Analysts, and CFOs.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified finance professionals.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and verification of qualifications and experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients within the finance and accounting sector.
- Generate new business and manage existing client accounts effectively.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for placed candidates.
- Stay current with market trends, salary benchmarks, and regulatory changes in finance and accounting.
- Utilize the CRM and ATS proficiently to manage candidate and client data.
- Collaborate with team members to share market intelligence and best practices.
- Represent Our client professionally in client meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a specialization in Finance and Accounting roles.
- Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering on recruitment mandates.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software (ATS/CRM) and sourcing tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with office-based collaboration.
- Results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
