About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee critical social programs in the vibrant community of Randburg . This leadership position is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects that aim to create lasting positive change and address pressing social needs within Gauteng . You will collaborate with diverse teams, stakeholders, and beneficiaries to ensure projects meet their objectives, timelines, and budgets. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of social programs, from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
- Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress towards milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges proactively.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , particularly in the social sector or non-profit environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience working within the Randburg area or similar urban communities is beneficial.
