About the Role
Our client is looking for a strategic and relationship-oriented Partnerships Manager to join their dedicated team in Randburg . This role is vital for identifying, developing, and managing collaborations with corporate, governmental, and non-profit organizations to enhance our client's reach and impact. You will be responsible for building mutually beneficial relationships that support our client's mission and expand their service offerings within the Gauteng community. This is a key position for an individual skilled in strategic alliances and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key organizations aligned with our client's mission.
- Develop and negotiate partnership agreements, MOUs, and collaborative frameworks.
- Manage and nurture existing relationships with partners to ensure ongoing engagement and success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with program goals and organizational strategy.
- Represent the organization in external forums and build our client's profile within the sector.
- Develop proposals for collaborative projects and seek joint funding opportunities.
- Monitor the effectiveness of partnerships and report on their contribution to organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership management , business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and managing collaborative projects and agreements.
- Strong understanding of the charity and voluntary sector landscape.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with the Randburg and broader Gauteng business and social environment.
