About the Role
Our client is seeking a flexible and experienced Nanny/Babysitter for a hybrid role in Randburg . This position combines direct in-home childcare with remote responsibilities, such as planning activities, managing schedules, or communicating with family members electronically. You will provide attentive care, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children while also contributing to their development through engaging activities. Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and nurturing in-home childcare, ensuring children's safety and well-being at all times.
- Engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities, both indoors and outdoors.
- Prepare meals and snacks for children as per family's instructions and dietary needs.
- Assist with children's routines, including homework help and tidying up play areas.
- Manage remote tasks such as planning weekly activities, researching educational resources, or communicating updates electronically.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents regarding the children's day and any emergent needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Nanny or Babysitter with excellent references.
- First Aid and CPR certification is required.
- A patient, responsible, and energetic demeanor.
- Ability to balance in-home care duties with remote organizational tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for hybrid interaction.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to providing exceptional childcare.
