About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and user-focused Lead UI/UX Designer to join their fully remote team. This role is instrumental in shaping intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences across their digital platforms. You will lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring seamless user journeys and visually appealing interfaces. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven ability to guide design strategy in a remote, collaborative setting, contributing to a culture that prioritizes user satisfaction and innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, create personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to inform design decisions.
- Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive designs.
- Mentor junior designers and champion best practices in UI/UX design within the remote team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in UI/UX design , with a portfolio showcasing strong case studies and shipped products.
- Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills for remote team collaboration.
