About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and mentor a team of medical aestheticians, ensuring adherence to protocols and quality standards.
- Oversee clinic operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Requirements
- Certified Medical Aesthetician with relevant qualifications and licenses.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a clinical aesthetic setting, with a strong emphasis on medical-grade treatments.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of dermatological conditions, skin anatomy, and advanced treatment modalities.
