About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to join their dynamic marketing team in Randburg . This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in-office collaboration. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads, social media platforms, and display networks. The goal is to maximize campaign effectiveness, optimize ad spend, and drive qualified leads and conversions. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of various advertising platforms, and a proven track record of successful campaign management, contributing significantly to our client's online growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad spend and campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-driven adjustments to bids, budgets, and targeting.
- A/B test ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and programmatic buying.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Advertising Specialist or Paid Media Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant ad platforms.
- Strong understanding of PPC, CPA, CPC, ROAS, and other key advertising metrics.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
