Our client is seeking an innovative Control Systems Engineer to enhance automation and SCADA capabilities in Randburg .

Key Responsibilities
- Design, program, and commission programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and distributed control systems (DCS).
- Develop and maintain Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for real-time monitoring and control.
- Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication networks (e. g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
- Develop and implement automation strategies to improve process efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Work with instrumentation engineers to ensure accurate data input into control systems.
- Provide technical support for control system hardware and software issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems engineering.
- Proficiency with PLC programming software (e. g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000) and SCADA platforms.
- Understanding of instrumentation, sensors, and actuators used in industrial processes.
