About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead their cleaning team in Randburg. This role is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring adherence to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across multiple commercial properties. You will manage a team of cleaning staff, conduct quality control checks, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and schedule cleaning staff to ensure efficient workflow and coverage.

- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.

- Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and supply usage.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
