About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitive landscape monitoring.
- Manage brand messaging and ensure consistency across all communication platforms.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal teams to develop marketing collateral and campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget for assigned brands, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Analyze campaign performance, provide regular reports with actionable insights, and recommend strategies for optimization.
- Support product innovation and new product launches through effective marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about consumer trends, industry developments, and best practices in brand marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Brand Marketing Specialist, Brand Manager, or similar role.
- Demonstrable success in developing and executing impactful brand marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles, consumer behavior, and market analysis.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience working with creative agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the consumer goods sector is highly advantageous.
