About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer Supervisor to lead their detailing team in Randburg . This role is essential for maintaining the pristine appearance of vehicles serviced at their facility, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the dealership's reputation for quality. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the detailing department, managing a team of detailers, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and managing inventory of detailing supplies. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a team of automotive detailers in performing high-quality cleaning and detailing services.
- Ensure all vehicles are detailed to the highest standards, including interior and exterior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and paint correction.
- Manage the scheduling of detailing services and allocate tasks to team members.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of detailing supplies, chemicals, and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Train new team members on detailing techniques, safety procedures, and product usage.
- Conduct quality control checks on completed work and address any customer concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Detailer with demonstrated leadership skills.
