Our client, a highly regarded recruitment consultancy, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their specialized team focusing on the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors. This role, based in East London, Eastern Cape , will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a range of technical, operational, and leadership positions within these industries. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles in the automotive and manufacturing industries, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Identify, attract, and screen candidates for positions such as production engineers, quality managers, supply chain specialists, and skilled trades.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
- Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarks, and strategic advice on talent acquisition.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and talent market dynamics within the automotive and manufacturing fields.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, with a strong focus on the Automotive and/or Manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing technical, operational, and leadership roles.
- Excellent understanding of the skills and qualifications required in these industries.
- Strong candidate sourcing skills utilizing various platforms, professional networks, and databases.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote/office environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
